Usage Information: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the platform.

Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and other technical identifiers collected automatically when you access our services.

Communications: Records of your correspondence with us, including emails, support requests, and demo call recordings (with consent).

• Provide and improve our services — operate, maintain, and enhance the DealerBridge platform, Smart Scoring engine, Lead Boost program, and related services
• Process your lead data — run Smart Scoring analysis, build Smart Savings Plans, and execute Lead Boost campaigns on your behalf
• Communicate with you — send service updates, respond to inquiries, confirm demo bookings, and provide support
• Send marketing communications — with your consent, send information about DealerBridge products, features, and promotions (you may opt out at any time)
• Analyze and improve — understand how our services are used and improve performance, reliability, and user experience

DealerBridge processes homeowner lead data on behalf of our dealer clients. This section describes how we handle that data:

Credit Bureau Data: Smart Scoring uses credit bureau data to evaluate homeowner attributes. This data is accessed through licensed partnerships with credit reporting agencies and used solely for lead scoring purposes. We do not store raw credit bureau data beyond what is necessary to deliver scoring results.

Data Minimization: We process only the data necessary to provide our services. Lead data you upload is used exclusively for the purposes you have engaged us for.

Data Retention: Lead data submitted for scoring is retained for the duration of your service engagement and deleted upon termination or upon written request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Homebridge Platform: Lead data processed through DealerBridge may interact with the Homebridge.ai consumer platform (operated by CLCW Ventures). Homeowner interactions on Homebridge are subject to Homebridge's own privacy policy.

Your Responsibilities: If you upload lead data to our platform, you represent that you have obtained the data lawfully and have the right to use it for the purposes described in our service agreement.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

Lead Matching: As part of the Smart Match program, qualified homeowner leads may be matched to and shared with participating home service dealers in the DealerBridge network.

Business Transfers: If DealerBridge or CLCW Ventures is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
